What Should I Do If I see an Invasive Species?

If you come across an invasive species, whether on personal property or not, the best thing to do is to report the sighting to The Invasive Species Hotline. While it may seem enough to simply remove the plant, it is important to let authorities know for the maintenance of their records to best monitor the spread of invasive species in Ontario. Further, the authorities can best advise you on how to properly dispose of the plant.
